This liquid, bright and clear honey, which is mild, very sweet and nearly neutral in taste. This honey will be collected from may to june.
Due its high fructose content, it remains liquid for a long time.
This honey is perfect for sweetening teas, desserts, in cereals and of course for baking.
325g oat flakes
80g shaved almond
1/2 tbs cinnamon
1/2 tbs salt
100g coconut oil
125g Honey Wernet´s acaciahoney
preheat the oven at 180C .
mix oatmeal, almonds, cinnamon and salt. Add coconut oil and honey and combine everything.
Put the dough on a baking tray and bake it for 10 minutes.
Take the baking tray out of the oven and turn the dough.
Bake again for 10 more minutes.
Let it cool down and fill the cereals in a airtight glass.
