1 dash of salt
3 egg yolk
2 tbsp lavenderhoney
200g sour cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp apricot jam
1 tbsp lavender blossoms
knead togheter flour, 200g butter and salt. Add 2 egg yolk and sugar and knead all togheter.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
Now roll out the dough and put in a greased tarte tin. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
While the tarte is baking wash the apricots and pit them.
put the remaining butter, lavenderhoney and apricot jam in a pan and toss the apricots therein.
Mix up the sour cream, powderes sugar and 1 egg yolk till creamy and put it on the baked tarte.
Spread the apricots on the cream and coat with with the honey-butter-jam.
Spread some lavender blossoms before you bake the tarte for 20 minutes at 160°C.
