Ingredients for 4 Persons

Ingredients:
500ml cream
100ml milk
3 tbsp honey Wernet's wild blossom honey
4 leaves of gelatine, soaked in cold water for approx. 5 minutes, drained
Marinated Peaches:
1 lime, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, grated zest and 1 tbsp juice
1 diced peach

delicate honey panna cotta with flowery wild blossom honey and fruity fresh peaches. A great dessert for your Easter menu!

Preparation:
Bring the cream, milk and honey to the boil in a pan. Reduce heat, simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the plate.
Stir the gelatin into the hot liquid, pour through a sieve into a measuring cup, then pour into
Fill the jars and let them cool down.
Cover and let set in the fridge for approx. 6 hours or preferably overnight.
For the marinated peaches, mix the lime zest and juice with the peaches,
cover and simmer for approx, leave for 20 minutes.
After the cooling time, take the jars with the panna cotta out of the fridge and the marinated ones
Arrange peaches on top.
