Ingredients for 10 Persons

Ingredients:
for 10 servings
25g coconut oil
100g pecan nuts
60g pumpkin seeds
250g pithy oat flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
50g honey Wernet's fir honey
50g coconut chips
75g dried dates (without stones)
50g dried cranberries
baking paper

strong fir honey meets crunchy - fruity muesli. A highlight on your breakfast table or for a snack occasionally.

Preparation:
melt coconut oil. Mix in the oats, pecans, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon.
Mix honey and coconut oil, add to the oatmeal mixture and mix well.
Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200°C/convection: 175°C/gas: see manufacturer)
for approx 12 Minutes. Turn 1-2 times in between.
Halfway through the time, mix in the coconut chips and roast them as well.
Cut the dates lengthwise into strips. Leave the finished muesli to cool on the baking sheet.
Mix the cranberry and dates into the muesli.
To store the muesli, e.g. put it in jars and seal them airtight. Store cool, dry and dark.
