For the dough:
200g flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
125ml lukewarm water
1 teaspoon salt

For covering:

200g creme fraiche

200g onions

200g goat cheese

3 tablespoons of fresh rosemary

2 tablespoons of Wernet's rosemary honey

1 can of peaches cut

Slightly spicy but never dominant and the herbal scent makes rosemary honey a very special honey. Combined with the creamy goat cheese and the crispy base, it is an absolute taste experience. If you like it fruity, you can also take the flame cake with, in slices sliced figs topping, also goes very well with goat cheese and creme fraiche.

preparation:

kneat together the floar, lukewarm water, oil and salt. take care - the dough should not stick! 
Roll out the dough on a baking tray. 

Season the creme fraiche with salt and pepper and apply thinly on the dough. Cut the onions in thin slices and put them on the dough as well. 
crumble the goats cheese carefully on the dough, Spread the peaches, drizzle with rosemaryhoney and some fresh rosemary. 

Bake the tarte in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (top / bottom heat) for approx. 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the honey is slightly caramelised.
