ingredients for 1 baking tray:
for the dough:
2 tbsp olive oil
125 ml lukewarm water
1 tsp salt
for the topping:
200g Crème fraiche
200g goats cheese
3 tbsp fresh rosemary
2 tbsp Wernet rosemary honey
kneat together the floar, lukewarm water, oil and salt. take care - the dough should not stick!
Roll out the dough on a baking tray.
Season the creme fraiche with salt and pepper and apply thinly on the dough. Cut the onions in thin slices and put them on the dough as well.
crumble the goats cheese carefully on the dough, drizzle with rosemaryhoney and some fresh rosemary.
Bake the tarte in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (top / bottom heat) for approx. 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the honey is slightly caramelised.
